Requirements: Speak to the recruit to the west of the Crossroads after securing it from the templar-mage fighting, or explore to the southeast of the Hinterlands. In the Elements Quest Contact: Recruit Whittle Description: Apostate mages have supply caches hidden in the area, and the supplies could help to protect the refugees from the elements. Your primary challenge will be to reach the location of each campsite, but once you do this quest should be no trouble at all.
