I have attached screenshots of the issue which I managed to capture. The only applications not affected are those from Office 365:
The offending applications include but are not limited to:Īdobe Acrobat Reader DC - Version 19.021.20056 This only happen when the applications are full screen and only happens on client hardware that has more than one monitor. Applications will stop displaying correctly, losing a portion of the top of the window. I am having an intermittent problem which seems to have been plaguing Windows 10 users for some time, but is happening on our Windows Server 2019 servers.
